How many days does delivery take?
  • Bangkok & Metropolitan Area: Approx. 2–3 business days
  • Upcountry (Provinces): Approx. 3–5 business days
  • International: Approx. 5–7 business days
How much is the shipping fee?
  • Domestic Shipping: Flat rate of THB 100
  • International Shipping: Calculated based on the actual weight of the products, which will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?

siwilaibkk.com supports international shipping to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea. Import taxes or destination customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my shipment status?

You can track your order status on the "My Orders" page in your account, or click the tracking link provided via email/SMS after your parcel has been dispatched.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We primarily use DHL Express as our delivery provider for siwilaibkk.com.

What happens if no one is available to receive the parcel?

The shipping company will attempt delivery and try to contact you up to 3 times. If unreachable, the parcel will be held at the transit center for 5 days, during which you can contact Customer Service to reschedule delivery. If unclaimed after 5 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Within how many days can I exchange or return an item?
