3) All staff are requested to wash and clean their hands frequently with hand sanitising gel.

Terms and conditions:
1) The privilege is reserved for TEAMSIWILAI members only.
2) The service period is 2 April 2020 – 31 May 2020.
3) 3-day advanced reservation is required at 02 160 5809 or SIWILAI ‘s LINE Official Account @siwilaibkk or direct link LINE.
4) In case of cancellation or rescheduling, at least 3 hours in advance notice is required. Please contact 02 160 5809.
5) The duration of each appointment is 2 hours.
6) The receipt will be sent to customers’ address within 3 days after the payment.
7) SIWILAI does not accept returns. However, defective items can be exchanged within 14 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. Items eligible for an exchange must be kept unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These are magazines, jewelry, products that are intimate or sanitary goods. Health and personal care items are also non-returnable items. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

ใบเสร็จการซื้อสินค้าจะถูกส่งให้ตามที่อยู่ที่ลูกค้าแจ้งภายใน 3 วัน หลังจากชำระเงิน
SIWILAI ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนสินค้า ยกเว้นกรณีสินค้าชำรุด สามารถส่งคืนได้ภายใน 14 วัน พร้อมใบเสร็จ หรือหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้า โดยลูกค้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดจากการส่งสินค้าคืน สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่สมบูรณ์ ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม สินค้าที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้ ได้แก่ นิตยสาร เครื่องประดับ และสินค้าประเภทของใช้ส่วนบุคคล
